Will is a co-founder of HWF Partners. During his time in the insurance sector he was recognized as one of the leading brokers in the M&A insurance marketplace. He has significant experience of structuring W&I policies and specialist bespoke policies for complex situations and was regularly engaged by both corporate and institutional investors to structure solutions across a broad range of geographies to meet their needs.
