Lucy Hodges

Finance Director

Lucy’s role at HWF encompasses all things finance, managing the team to ensure they operate as an efficient support function to the business. She also is responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations globally.

Lucy has a wide range of financial and management accounting experience within a variety of industries including telecommunications, engineering and energy.  Lucy is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, having qualified in 2014.
