Ibrahim’s practice specialises in the placement of W&I insurance for domestic and outbound investments for Middle Eastern and African clients, as well as advising international investors investing into the Middle East and Africa. Ibrahim has the ability to work in English and Arabic language.

Prior to joining HWF Partners, Ibrahim spent approximately 5 years as a corporate lawyer with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and Clark Wilson LLP. During this time, he advised on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on private equity and M&A transactions.
