At HWF, Helena’s practice straddles a range of transactional liability risks, with a particular focus on Contingent and W&I insurance.

Immediately prior to joining HWF, Helena was with a prominent global broker specialising in de-risking commercial litigation and arbitration for law firms, corporates, individuals and insolvency professionals.

Before this, Helena worked at a leading global third-party litigation funder, handling commercial litigation generally, and collective redress in particular.
