Daniel’s practice specializes in the placement of R&W and Tax Liability insurance for M&A transactions. Daniel has placed insurance policies for a range of clients, including private equity firms, strategic investors, and secondaries investors.

Daniel’s recent experience includes:

Worked with Jones Day in placing a R&W policy on behalf of Crestline Investors, in respect of its acquisition of B-Billboard Holdings.

Prior to joining HWF, Daniel spent four years as a Senior M&A Analyst at Lockton Companies within its transaction liability group. During this time, he advised clients in placing representations & warranties and tax liability insurance policies on more than 100 M&A transactions.
