Beatrice has a strong background in corporate and M&A legal assistance, with over 3 years of professional experience. She has expertise in conducting due diligence, providing legal advice and drafting a wide range of agreements.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with investment funds, private equity firms, and various multinational corporations across diverse industries, providing support in M&A transactions.

Prior to joining HWF in 2024, Beatrice worked as corporate analyst in beLab, the legal innovation hub of BonelliErede law firm. She holds an LL.M in business and law at 24ORE Business School. She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
