Margherita is an Associate at HWF. She is a qualified lawyer with approximately seven years of experience in Private Equity and M&A.

During her professional career she has worked with funds, private equities, and numerous multinational companies in a wide range of industries, assisting them in M&A transactions.

Prior to joining HWF in 2024, Margherita worked as corporate lawyer in law firms such as Latham & Watkins and Freshfields. She holds an LL.M in International Financial Law at King’s College London. She speaks Italian and English.
