Jasdeep war mehr als 10 Jahre als Anwalt für Energietransaktionen tätig.

Während dieser Zeit beriet er weltweit Private-Equity-Fonds, Sponsoren und Kreditgeber bei der Strukturierung, Finanzierung und Abwicklung von M&A-Transaktionen in den Bereichen Infrastruktur, konventionelle und erneuerbare Energien, Nuklearenergie sowie Gas.

Er begann seine Karriere im Energie- und Infrastrukturteam bei SJ Berwin LLP und wechselte anschließend in das Projektteam von Osborne Clarke LLP.

Zudem arbeitete er ein Jahr im Global Energy Marketing and Shipping Team bei Shell.

In der Zeitschrift Legal 500 wurde er als „one to watch“ bezeichnet.
