Jasdeep has spent a decade practising as an energy transactional lawyer and has advised private equity funds, sponsors and lenders globally on structures, financings, and M&A transactions across the infrastructure, power (conventional, nuclear and renewables) and gas sectors. He qualified into the Energy and Infrastructure team at SJ Berwin LLP and then moved into the Projects team at Osborne Clarke LLP. He has spent a year on secondment to Shell’s Global Energy Marketing and Shipping team and has been recognised in the Legal 500 as “one to watch”.
