Katarzyna Gurak

Analyst

Kasia handles both W&I and contingent insurance enquiries coming from the CEE, as well as international private equity and M&A transactions market. She assists in each step of advisory stage as well as in the overall business development of the company’s Polish branch.

Kasia works in English and Polish, but she is also fluent in Italian.

She graduated with a master’s degree in law. During her studies, she participated in a research exchange at Università di Pisa. Currently she is a PhD candidate in the legal sciences section.

Prior to joining HWF, she worked as an M&A lawyer at international law firms, such as DLA Piper and EY Law, comprehensively supporting clients in the transaction process both on the buy-side and the sell-side.
